Dredging of the wastewater treatment lagoon was completed in mid-December. Upgrades to the recycled water treatment plant are nearly complete. Construction of the waterline along Cement Plant Road (extending from the treatment plant to the storage pond on the farmland property) will begin soon. In preparation, construction crews will be potholing the road in the next couple of weeks. Traffic will be diverted around the construction crews as needed during this time. Over the next two months as the waterline is constructed, detours will route traffic around the closed portion of Cement Plant Road via Highway 1 and via Adeline Street. The detour will be in place from around 8:00 am to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
